Welcome to icrown. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and icrown ("icrown", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the icrown website, mobile applications, and all associated gambling services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. icrown reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the icrown Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and icrown. You further agree that icrown may communicate updates to these Terms via email, in-platform notifications, or by posting a revised version on this page.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To use the icrown Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. icrown strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gambling services.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of icrown or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

icrown reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one (1) registered account on the icrown Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. icrown will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

icrown supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. icrown does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and applicable verification requirements.
• icrown reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or bank statements.
• Winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

icrown periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing users. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be displayed at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for any deposit bonus is thirty times (30x) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• icrown reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, system exploits, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited, and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the icrown Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within each game interface or sportsbook market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or event rules.

icrown reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, palpable pricing errors, evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, force majeure events, or event cancellations. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account balance.

• Live betting markets are subject to change or suspension without notice during the course of an event.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to latency, technical delay, or any other reason — will be void and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within each betting interface.
• icrown's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the icrown Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by icrown.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit markets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, access restricted areas of the Platform, or reverse-engineer any software.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing icrown staff or other users through any communication channel.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending winnings and bonus balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

icrown takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we are dedicated to providing tools and resources to support safe and controlled play.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. We deploy age verification checks at registration and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and no promotional material will be sent to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the icrown Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of icrown or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of icrown.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, icrown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

icrown does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your devices.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities is not permitted, icrown's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by law.

11. Amendments

icrown reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which icrown holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
